Gregg Yan took up journalism from the Ateneo de Manila and currently serves as the Communications and Media Manager for WWF-Philippines. He has written hundreds of stories on the environment - ranging from oil spills to satellite tagging for whale sharks. His pieces have appeared in many broadsheets, magazines, websites and books. He is a frequent lecturer and resource speaker for schools and television programmes. He now furthers his studies with the University of the Philippines to develop a programme for tomorrow's environmental journalists.
